Kids are welcomed at most camps but, unlike other countries where children are merely ‘accepted’, Kenya actively encourages kids’ participation in activities and urges them to interact with local Masai people, learn about their lifestyles and develop a love of the environment and wildlife. This makes for a wonderfully bonding trip. Away from the wildlife, there is a range of activities available from mountain biking and horse riding to river tubing and rock climbing.
